Pakistan is an Islamic republic with over 95% of the population claiming the Muslim religion. Islamabad, with a population of nearly 900,000, serves as the nation's capital. English is the official language of the government. However, Urdu is the national language and is widely understood by most Pakistanis.
This is a very difficult ministry where believers face persecution by Muslims and the government.
2024 Highlights:
* The local minister has started two churches. Several baptisms have occurred in spite of major persecution.
* We have helped with medical needs and have provided funds to dig a well so people in
slavery could have access to clean water.
